HOW TO MAKE SHUSHI
Ingredients:
Ø Fish, shellfish or other topping
Ø Dried seaweed
Ø Sushi rice
Ø Rice wine vinegar
Ø Sugar
Ø Salt
Ø Wasabi
ü knife
ü rice cooker
ü bamboo mat
ü a plate
Steps:
1.Place about 2 cup
of sushi rice in a rice cooker and cook it.
2.Wash the vegetable and place them
on a cutting board and cut the carrots into long skinny strips. Repeat on the
cucumber.
3.Cut the fish into little strips and make sure they
are pretty.
4.Check on your rice. If it’s ready,
take it out and put it in a dish.
5.Take a bowl and pour in abuot two tablespoons of
rice wine vinegar. Add sugar, salt and wasabi then stir it.
6.pour the mixture into the rice and
mix troughly.
7.Place the seaweed layer on a bamboo mat and then
spread rice into the seaweed then add the vegetable.
8.Roll the bamboo into a long roll
by first folding the bottom third in then roll it.
9.Cut the roll and place them parallel to each other.
10.Serve and enjoy.
